Abstract:

Teaching is one of the topics discussed. In particular, the instability in teaching has made the teaching profession controversial and has not dropped from the agenda. The purpose of this research is to determine the views of teachers who work at all levels of education in the Bartin province center on the agenda of the teaching profession. The universe of research is formed by teachers who work in the Bartin schools. The examples are the views of 554 teachers that can be reached. According to the research findings, the majority of teachers (46.6%) agree that they are unhappy in this profession. More than half of teachers (57.2%) participate in the opinion that teachers don’t read. The majority of teachers (40%). 3) They indicate that they spend 6-10 hours of time on out-of-class educational activities. Only 8% of teachers think their current salary is sufficient. The majority of the 67.5 percent of the cutting wages should be doubled. If you look at the metaphors about the teaching profession ( 43.7%) it is said to be a gardener. More than half of the opinions indicated about gradual extension of compulsory education in our education system to 12 years (5.9%) indicate that the decision is correct. Teachers have serious doubts about how the outsourced education is done (73.4 percent). The extent of the rebuilding of the faculty is much of the expectation (52 percent). 3) Primary and secondary school teachers are in the direction of education in the faculties, while high school teachers are in the faculties of science and literature. When we look at the size of our teachers’ professions, it appears that the vast majority of them (73,0%) are satisfied with their professions.
