The purpose of the present study is to show that the social changes which have seen from industrial society to information society, affect on the social movement's type and character. Contribution of the technological improves, the production structure's conversion has been observed; the information workers of the technology added to the blue-collar workers of the middle-class, with the fee stratification. In this context, the affect of technology is on the place, actors, and topics of the social movements in the structure of the middle-class are analyzed. The internet is in the every area of our lives with personal computers and the communication has never been so fast, cheap and free. The findings reveal the internet a center which includes production and distribution services as well as using as a socialization platform. By its interactive nature, the social reactions have the opportunity to be moved from streets to the virtual world by virtual actions on the internet. Virtual movements are a reflection of the social movement on the virtual world and also the movements are the product of the information society. The virtual actions increase the global awareness of the inconveniences and provide a backdrop for individual participations with removing limitation of the place and the time. Also, the independency against to the authority, being capable to the re-shape and despite the physical defects of the body; they are comprehensive. First of all, the study will address to mode of production on information society. Secondly, the transformation of the information society will examine in terms of using internet. Finally, the samples the virtual movements will discuss in the context of actors, issues and the place which the social movements has become.
