Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı entelektüel sermayenin rekabet gücüne etkisinin konaklama işletmeleri bağlamında incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Antalya’da faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı konaklama işletmesi yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Söz konusu ilişkinin incelenmesi için geliştirilen ölçekler yardımıyla toplanan veriler yapısal eşitlik modelleme ve regresyon analizi gibi istatistik yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları entelektüel sermayenin rekabet gücünü etkilediğini ortaya koymaktadır. Entelektüel sermaye boyutlarından müşteri sermayesi rekabet gücünü yordamadaetkili unsur olarak saptanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları ilgili yazın desteği ile tartışılmış, değerlendirilmiş, araştırmacı ve uygulamacılara öneriler sunulmuştur.
