Özet Bu çalışma yakın çevre doktrini bağlamında Rusya Federasyonu’nun Ukrayna politikasını incelemektedir. Özellikle yakın dönemde Ukrayna’da Rus yanlıları ile AB yanlısı Ukrayna vatandaşları arasında çıkan olaylar sonrası Rusya’nın askeri müdahalesine odaklanılmıştır. Çalışma 2014 yılında Rusya’nın Ukrayna müdahalesi ve bunun altında yatan sebeplerle sınırlandırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada Batının Ukrayna ile yakınlaşması, Kırım’ın stratejik önemi ve Rus azınlıklar sebebiyle Rusya Federasyonu’nun Ukrayna’ya müdahale ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Expecially we focal Russian militarty intervention after conflicts that took place between Russian supporters in Ukraine and Ukraine citizens who were supporters of EU. This paper is limited to Russia’s intervention to Ukraine in 2014 and the reasons of its bases. We concluded that Russian Federation intervened to Ukraine because of warmer relations between West and Ukraine, strategical importance of Crimea and existence of Russian minority. Abstract:

This study examines the policy of the Russian Federation in Ukraine in the context of close environmental doctrine. Specifically in the recent period in Ukraine, after events between Russian supporters and EU-supportive Ukrainian citizens, the focus was on Russian military intervention. The study was limited to Russia’s intervention in Ukraine in 2014 and the underlying reasons. The study concluded that the approximation of the West with Ukraine, the strategic importance of Crimea and the Russian minorities have led to the Russian Federation’s intervention in Ukraine.
