Abstract:

Özet Bu çalışmada, son dönemde giderek gelişen Türk-Rus ilişkileri enerji perspektifinden incelenmiştir. Türkiye ile Rusya arasında gelişen enerji işbirliğinin hangi faktörler tarafından şekillendiği sorusunun cevabı aranmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, Türkiye'nin coğrafi önemi, artan enerji ihtiyacı ve iki ülke arasındaki karşılıklı ekonomik çıkar/fayda değişkenleri, karşılıklı bağımlılık yaklaşımı çerçevesinde analiz edilmiştir. Diğer çalışmalardan farklı olarak bu çalışmada Türk-Rus ilişkileri yalnızca enerji bağlamında ele alınmış ve güncel sayısal verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, Türkiye ile Rusya arasında enerji işbirliğinin zaman zaman yaşanan politik sorunlara rağmen geliştiği görülmüştür. Türkiye ile Rusya arasında ekonomik faktörlerin etkisiyle gelişen bu karşılıklı bağımlılık ilişkisinin enerji alanında gerçekleştirilen yeni projeler ile devam edeceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Türk-Rus İlişkileri, Enerji, Karşılıklı Bağımlılık.   Abstract In this study, recently developed Turkish-Russian relations are examined from an energy perspective. The answer to the question of which factors shaped the emerging energy cooperation between Turkey and Russia has been sought. In this respect, Turkey's geographical importance, increasing energy needs and mutual economic benefit / benefit variables between the two countries have been analyzed within the framework of the interdependence approach. Unlike other studies, in this study, Turkish-Russian relations were handled only in the energy context and the current numerical data was used. As a result of the work, it was seen that the energy cooperation between Turkey and Russia developed from time to time despite the political problems. This interdependence relationship between Turkey and Russia, which is developed under the influence of economic factors, has reached the conclusion that it will continue with the new projects realized in the field of energy.
