So many results that aren't mine?

ÖRGÜTSEL SESSİZLİK SARMALINDA ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK: KARAMAN İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ÖVD ve örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek ve örgütsel sessizliğin alt boyutlarının ÖVD üzerindeki etkilerini tespit etmektir. Bu sebeple Karaman ili kamu çalışanları üzerinde bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde, ÖVD ve örgütsel sessizlik arasında pozitif yönlü (r=0,156) bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Ayrıca medeni durum, sendika üyeliği, statü, yaş, eğitim ve gelir durumu gibi demografik özellikler ile bağımlı değişken olan ÖVD arasında bir farklılık bulunamamış yalnızca cinsiyet ve çalışma süresinin ÖVD üzerinde etkili olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
