İslami açıdan medya ahlakının ilke ve unsurlarını, düşünce ve ifade hürriyetinin birbirini tamamlayan boyutlarını yansıtan üç temel açıdan ele almak mümkündür: Haber,düşünce ve kanaatleri öğrenebilme, açıklayabilme ve yayabilme hakkı. Bilginin serbestçe dolaşımı, ancak bu üç hakkın tanınması ve gerçek anlamda bulunması sayesinde gerçekleşebilir. Ancak hakların kullanılması, hiçbir anlayışta ve hukuk düzeninde sınırsız değildir. Dolayısıyla haber, düşünce ve kanaatleri öğrenebilme, açıklayabilme ve yayabilme hakkının kullanılmasında da bir takım ölçüler vardır. Bu makalede “medya” çerçevesinde bu hakkın kullanılmasının bazı ölçüleri İslami kaynaklar çerçevesinde ele alınacaktır.
It is possible to address the principles and elements of media ethics from the Islamic point of view in three basic aspects that reflect the dimensions of thought and expression freedom: the right to learn, explain and spread the news, the right to think and the right to communicate. The free circulation of information can only be achieved through the recognition and real existence of these three rights. However, the exercise of rights is not unlimited in any understanding and legal order. Therefore, there are a number of measures in the use of the right to learn, explain and spread news, thoughts and opinions. In this article, some measures of the use of this right in the framework of "media" will be discussed in the framework of Islamic sources.
