Abstract:

In this study, it has been investigated is there any mediator role of informal relationship in the relation between job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The study has been helded with 223 participants who are working in the health sector. As a result it has been found in formal relationship is partial mediator in the relation between job satisfaction and life satisfaction. In the study demographic factors also have been analysed and found different reasults. For example, permanent workers have more life satisfaction than temporarily workers. People who has high level of income has more life satisfaction than low level of income. Furthermore, medical secretaries have lower life and job satisfaction than doctors, nurses and medical employess
