In business administration, performance evaluations is the most important and sensetive process. In such a process contrary to what is desired subjective evaluations might come into existence. In this study, for the performance measure an alternative fuzzy logic and inference system test is proposed against to classical approaches. For this purpose, performance notes of 41 employees in a bank are assessed by means of fuzzy inference system. The system is more objective and provides far away conclusions from bias views. It is also an advantage to take into consideration the general levels of those employees. Any biased note can turn the system upside down and in the classical approach it is necessary to calculate the system right from the begining, but the fuzzy logic approach will hinder such biased valuations in the performances. The fuzzy logic system includes verbal evaluations and therefore it provides more reliable and different results compared to existing performance systems.
