So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Mütekabiliyet, milletlerarası hukukun temel prensiplerinden biridir. Bu ilkeye özellikle andlaşmalar hukukunda, diplomasi ve konsolosluk hukukunda, azınlık andlaşmalarında, insan hakları hukukunda, başvurulmaktadır. Hukukun ideali olan adalet ile mütekabiliyet arasında da sıkı bir ilişki mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada mütekabiliyet ilkesinin milletlerarası hukukun çeşitli alanlarındaki uygulanması ele alınmıştır. Son olarak mütekabiliyet ilkesi ile ilgili yeni gelişmelere yer verilmiştir.

Abstract:

Competitiveness is one of the fundamental principles of international law. This principle is applied in the law of agreements, in the law of diplomacy and consularity, in the minority agreements, in the law of human rights. There is a close relationship between justice and justice, which is the ideal of law. This study discussed the application of the principle of competitiveness in various areas of international law. Finally, new developments in the principle of compulsion have been introduced.
