Marka Tercihi ile Demografik Özellikler Arasındaki İlişki: Gaziantep’teki Özel Hastaneler Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel hastane marka tercihi ile bu hastaneleri tercih eden bireylerin demografik özellikleri arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığını tespit etmektedir. Çalışmada cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir düzeyi değişkenleri ile hastane tercihi arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, Gaziantep’te faaliyet gösteren dört özel hastanede, poliklinik hizmeti alan 620 hasta ve yakınıyla yüz yüze anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler üzerinde Ki-kare bağımsızlık testleri yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir düzeyleri ile hastane markası tercihleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
