Abstract:

Doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları, ekonomiler için kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu yatırımlar ev sahibi ülkenin kaynaklarını destekleyerek sermaye oluşum sürecine önemli katkıda bulunmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, APEC ülkelerinde doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının belirleyicilerini analiz etmektir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada 2004-2014 dönemleri arası ele alınmış ve panel veri yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Analiz bulguları, doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları, ekonomik büyüme ve ticari açıklık arasında pozitif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir.
