In this study aiming to examine the views of child development specialists working in institutions affiliated with The Ministry of Family and Social Policies (MFSP) about working conditions and being designed in the qualitative model, case pattern and snowball sampling method, which is among purposeful sampling methods, were used. The sample group of the study consisted of thirteen child development specialists who were working in institutions affiliated with MFSP and were voluntary to participate in the study. A semi-structured interview form prepared by the researchers was used in the study. The data were collected using the semi-structured interview technique and assessed via content analysis. Categories were formed according to the responses of the participants for the content analysis. Responses of the participants were directly quoted in order to increase the validity of the study. According to the results of the research, the basic problem of child development specialists who participated in the study was that every occupational group was expected to do the same job under the title of social worker in institutions affiliated with MFSP.
