Abstract:

Seyitömer Höyük is located 30 km away from Kütahya. Study; The excavation team of Dumlupınar University Archaeology Department at Seyitömer Höyük, weaving looms are usually made from terracotta, which are used to prevent the threads from mixing with each other; After the ones belonging to the Middle Bronze Age, they were made by specialized archaeologists, photographed, and their drawings were studied faithfully. After these operations, the typologies of the finds were established. In this study, a total of fifteen machine weight was examined and their front and rear view drawings, their materials, and their positions were determined. In addition, these group weights were compared with the similarities in the settlements, which are the finds belonging to the Middle Anatolian Bronze Age of Western Anatolia, with their typological and comparative aspects. In this study; Seyitömer Höyüğü was founded in order to determine the similar finds in the environmental centers and to give an idea about the weaving sector and to contribute to the lightening of scientific studies by this mound which gives important data belonging to the Middle Bronze Age. In the results of working; The weight of the looms used by the people in Alicante is not very different from the weights of the looms in contemporary centers in Western Anatolia.
