Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and negative opinions of Pamukkale University students towards Evening Courses Program they are studying within, during the research was being conducted. The data of the study was collected by administering Evening Courses Program Evaluation Inventory (ECPEI) developed by the researchers. The sample of the study was consisted of 365 students studying at various faculties of Pamukkale University during Fall semester of 2003â€"2004 academic year. The data collected has been analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical techniques in order to answer the research problems. According to the research findings, the negative opinions of the students participated in the study was found higher than their positive opinions about the Evening Courses Program. The negative and positive opinions of the students towards their programs were found related to personal problems and interest rather than academic issues.
