The main purpose of the study is to compare and determine the current conditions of Education faculties and Universities that the faculties are belong to based on the quantitative data. The study was done as a surveying method. The population of the study were the quantitative data about faculties and universities. Depending on this a total of 47 universities and 58 education faculty, 45 public and 2 private, were included in the study. Qantitative data were obtained from the year of 2003-2004 of Higer Education Council (YOK). After analayses data were interpreded in terms of sub-research questions. University, Educational Faculty.
