Abstract:

The time intervals formed by economic and social movements throughout the world are called generations. In other words, the concept of generation is defined as a community of people born in almost the same years, who have experienced the conditions of the same age, therefore similar difficulties, writings, and who have been liable with similar tasks. Each era has dominant values, cultural codes and the thought and behavior patterns they form. In order to understand these things and be able to find different predictions, it seems useful to address these periods through generations to more realistic results. Generations are typically classified in the twenty-first century; Traditionals, Baby Explosion, X, Y and Z Generations. In this study, only because of the fact that it is up to date, the generation Z has been taken into work. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to study the theses written about the Z generation in Turkey by means of the content analysis method. Important findings related to the content of a total of 15 theses obtained from the Thesis Veritaban of the Higher Education Institutions on the subject are: Almost all of the theses are master theses and the thesis was written in 2016. The page average of the theses is 129, and the sample average is 324. A large majority of the theses have a quantitative design, and the correlation and t tests are analyses that are used by the isphase.
