The purpose of this paper is to determine to what extent the teachers working in Secondary Education Institutions reveal the Knowledge Management Process Dimensions. The paper is specified as a quantitative research. The theoretical basis of the research is constituted of the components through the paper carried out in Thailand, Bangkok Universities handled by Aujirapongpan et al. (2010) in order to measure the effectiveness of Knowledge Management through the Knowledge Management Process components they synthesized. The data has been collected by the researchers adapting the scale developed by Aujirapongpan et al. (2010) into a questionnaire consisting of 65 questions relating to educational organizations. The sample of the research consists of 307 teachers working in Secondary Education Institutions in the Central District of the Province of Kocaeli. According to the findings, the research suggests that through the Knowledge Management Process the teachers exhibit “knowledge acquisition”, knowledge creation”, “knowledge storage” and “knowledge application” dimensions’ behaviours at an expected level
