Abstract:

The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of university budget management on daily life of university components according to their opinions. In this research, qualitative research method was used and interviews with university / faculty managers and university component were made. Working group is composed of totally 66 members from Ankara, Balıkesir and Erzincan Universities. Semi-structured interview forms developed by researcher were applied as data collection tools. Data were obtained from face to face interviews. Interviews were recorded. Descriptive analysis technique was applied to analyze data. According to conclusions of this research although there are minor differences between universities, university components are not satisfied with university services in general
