Özet:

The managerial transparency which has been perceived as the effective tool of the inspection and individual participation in democratic countries has been implemented restrictedly in Turkish public administration for years. In this study, in parallel with the recent developments within the world, the significance of the managerial transparency within the inspection of the public administration in Turkey has been investigated. Traditionally, while Turkish public administration has been organized depending on the principles of secret and official secret, this study has been attempted to put forward the level of transparency as a result of recent legal regulations in administration and its adequancy and necessary precautions to be taken. In this study, Turkish public management has been explained in convenience with the significance and the application level of the managerial transparency within the inspection of the public administration in Turkey and offered new proposals to increase the transparency in administration as well
