So many results that aren't mine?

In this paper, İbrahim Hakkı (Paşa)’s report relating İstanbul municipality law dated 1877 waş studied. The topics studied in the report are positive and negative aspects of İstanbul Municipality Law, dated 1877 and problems caused by its application. In addition, some advice was given for a better administration of Istanbul Municipality
