So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Sovereignty is the most fundemental concept that determinies the source of governing right.Today, it is apreed that individuals are source of sovereignity; and democratic sovereignty is considered to be the equivalent of legitimacy. The sovereignty of nation and the public (common people) sovereignty constitute the two pieces of democratic sovereignty. Our current and past constitutions generally consent to the national sovereignty. However, considering that the sovereignty of people is superior for democratic sovereignty, it can be suggested that the public sovereignty should be placed in the new constitutions either alone or along with the national sovereignty
