So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the reasons for students irregular attendance and the effect on their academic performance. The research was conducted via survey method. The subject of the research includes 308 students from Kütahya Atatürk Anatolian Technical and Vocational High School. Research data consists of the information obtained from the “Reasons of Irregular Attendance” questionnaire developed by the researcher and from the administrative recordings of the school about irregular attendance. According to the findings of the study, there is an opposite relation between the academic performance and irregular attendance without an acceptable excuse
