So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Illness can be simply defined as a damaging of the physical and spiritual integrity of the individual caused by internal, external or genetic factors. The treatment of these problems requires certain medical interventions to this very existence of the indivudual. The process of treatment consists of certain steps known as symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and care. In each steps of medical intervention the patient has certain rights. This article investigates fundamental rights of the patient and probable legal problems and responsibilities that emerge in treatment process from the beginningto the end
