Özet:

The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of the employees who serve for National Local Education Authority (NLEA) in Kütahya and the opinions of the service takers from the NLEA about the organization itself. The research was conducted by the use of survey method. The research has two different populations: employees and service takers. The employee population constitutes 104 employees who work at National Local Education Authority (NLEA) of Kütahya in 2007 and the service takers population constitutes the employees working for organization which take service from the National Local Education Authority (NLEA) of Kütahya and parents of the students. The data that was needed to attain the aims of this research was collected by means of a survey entitled “NLEA Employees Questionnaire” and “NLEA Service Takers Questionnaire”. With this research, generally, it was found that satisfaction level of people working for organization was low and of service takers was higher.Strengths and weaknesses; opportunities, and threats of the organization were determined according to the findings by which several suggestions were developed
