The aim of this paper is to test the differences in the consumer complaint behaviour of both Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and The Republic of Turkey citizens in term of culture dimensions. The paper adapts Hofstede’s typology of culture as a framework to investigate cultural differences in the complaint behaviour of bank customers. A face to face interview survey is conducted to collect data in this research. Non-parametric data are analyzed by various statistical methods such as Mann-Whitney U test. The result of the analysis shows that there are differences on customer complaint behaviour between Turkish Republic of North Cyprus citizens and The Republic of Turkey citizens in both “individualism/Collectivism” and “Uncertainly Avoidance” which are terms of culture dimensions
