In this proceeding, it is analysed that whether a difference exists between the performance of ISO 9001 certified SMEs’ according to the factors; socio-economic status of the firm’s region, sector, time since certification, consultancy service taken during the certification period. Data from 111 ISO 9001 certified SMEs was gathered by survey and analysed by one-way Anova. As a result, an effect of consultancy service to performance was determined. Also determined that sector has partial effects, socio-economic status of the firm’s region and time since certification have no effects
