So many results that aren't mine?

The developments in information and technology caused by globalization oblige the enterprises to have much more qualified human resource. This can only be provided via personnel selection having adequate potential. The problem of personnel selection can be classified as multi criteria decision making problem. The aim of this study is to show that Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, developed as decision making method can be used during personnel selection thought to be employed in enterprises.
