If we consider its large impact area and its increasing negative effects on the employees every passing day, stress known as the sickness of modern world is one of the most important issues of today’s business world. Recently, stress has been affecting the business organizations closely, becoming gradually one of an issue particularly in terms of human resources and being included in the policies of organization. In today’s business world, the issue of stress and stress management have become gradually widespread by getting people under control, preventing them planning their career and having important effects on their motivations and their productivity. The effects of stress on employee’s performances, satisfaction have been recognized. Stress has negative impacts on both employees and the organization, at the same time it is possible to consider the stress as a tool which sets people into action helping them to reach their target quickly. Surely, it would be possible to increase the employee’s productivity and the performances in the organization by applying of effective stress management program.In this study, sources of stress were examined and the issue of its effects on the individual’s career life were emphasized
