Abstract:

In this research the relationship between the aspects of Total Quality Management and business performance to test hypothesis, simple and multiple regression methods were used. According to the finding the most influential Total Quality Management aspect (at 0.05 significance level) are – from highest to lowest- respectively; education, continuous improvement, leadership, internal and external costumer. Only multiple regression analysis indicated that external costumer influenced performance more than internal costumer did. Our findings supported existing literature. As mentioned in the literature, proper education in organization provides a foundation for continuous improvement, leadership, internal and external costumers. Therefore as the efficiency of education increase lead to an increase in the efficiency of TQM aspects and this to an increase in business performance. Furthermore our findings suggest that managers who improve business performance must give particular importance to internal and external costumers and then leadership
