This study qualification research has been made to determine the factors that is used by the institutional buyers, furthermore and thus, with the help of the content analysis, these factors have been determined as “confidentiality, price and payment behaviour, popularity and the financial power of the insurance companies”, as well as “the familarity, availability, having a detailed information about policy, image and status of the sales representative”
