In this study, the relationships of small business owners among themselves and with their employees, customers and other key stakeholders in Bilecik Small Industrial Area are analyzed in terms of corporate social responsibility and Ahilik. Findings of the study show that small business owners can not train enough apprentices, qualified workmen, and masters; they can not come together and act accordingly related to the occupational issues; and they can not adequately support Bilecik’s medical, educational, and cultural problems.On the other hand, small business owners operates their businesses in a socially responsible manner and respect their customers, and neighboring small business owners. In addition, they open their stores in the morning with “besmele,” they consider “work” as a “worship,” and they see their businesses as “places where they earn their bread”, and they struggle to earn “honest earnings.”Finally, it is understood from the research that small business owners in Bilecik Small Industrial Area are very good at corporate social responsibility issues (although there are some minor problems) and they try to keep Ahilik alive, as much as they can
