In this study, ISO 9000:1994 quality assurance standards and ISO 9000:2000 quality management system are evaluated for the continuous improvement by comparison. According to main findings of this study in the works of ISO 9000’s continuous improvements; it is required to load more task to senior management, to monitor customer satisfaction and to prove how much the system meets customer satisfaction. Moreover, in the quality manual sections, it is required that is found out the relationship among processes which consist of the quality systems. Additionally, ISO 9000:2000 system is better than ISO 9000:1994 standards in terms of both capability of being understood and applied. ISO 9000:1994 is suitable for external audit structure, whereas ISO 9000:2000 is suitable for internal audit structure. The internal audit is appropriate for continuous improvement because it is carried out on the process.ISO 9000:1994, which bases on internal customer perspective, isn’t evaluated what customers will feel about their firm’s product. The evaluations of the customers are understood by the customer complaints. On contrary to this, the costumers’ evaluation of the product is very important because of the fact that ISO 9000:2000 has got external perspective concerning to the costumers. That’s why, the measuring and the monitoring of the customer satisfaction is mandatory
