Abstract:

Inspection takes its place as a sub-system in education system and a component in management processes. In this regard, the aim of the study is to put forward the role of inspection activity on developing the worker, the system and education. Inspection enables the staff to be improved in many ways, to be made sufficient and to correct their deficiencies. In this sense, inspection is seen as a process promoting the staff’s career development, educating them, performing and evaluating the productive activities for them. Organizations are to know and watch consistently their level of achieving their goal, which is their reason for being. This organizational fact indicates the importance and necessity of inspection. In this sense, inspection helps organizations to carry on healthily through controlling the running process, correcting the deflections in the process and enhancing the process. By performing functions as analysis of learning and teaching environment, evaluation of the environment and developing the process, inspection contributes to improvement of education. In educational organizations, it is necessary that inspectional activities are carried out continuously in order to improve the worker, the organization and education process
