The journal of Dentistry World, published with the aim of serving for the progress of the dentistry, could be classified as a medical periodical. It is the second periodical of the field of dentistry. This journal was published by the personal efforts of dentist Ferid Ramiz Mr. during the first years of the Republican Era . The articles related to Dentistry and the dental health were published in Dentistry. Progress in the dentistry field in Europe and dental technology were mentioned in the articles. Also, the journal had articles related to public health. The journal has a great interest in the School of Dentistry and had some articles about the problems of this school. In some articles, the directors of the school were criticized seriously. In this work, after mentioning the journal's purpose, contents and format throughout the articles and other materials, the significance of the journal for the dentistry world will be mentioned.
