Abstract:

In the world that is growing rapidly great importance is attached to vocational and technical training. In our country especially after the proclamation of Republic great breakthroughs were made in vocational and technical training. Promoting relations with European Union our country participated in educational projects and got ahead of many other countries in Europe especially in Leonardo da Vinci (LdV) projects. Students, teachers, experts, and newly graduated students are vocationally educated by projects which are applied and successfully accomplished. In this study, the results of application of the LdV projects "focus group interview” method was investigated. Especially efficiency of the applications applied by trainees who undergo training in Turkey and Europe was emphasized. Also it is underlined that what kind of application skills do qualified employees which are needed by industry equipped with and how should been they trained
