The purpose of this study is to examine opinions of mathematic teachers regarding curriculum of fifth grade mathematic lesson having been started to be executed by branch teachers together with changes in 4+4+4 education system since 2012-2013 academic year. Study group of this study is comprised of 13 teachers of fifth grade- secondary school who perform their duty in 8 different cities identified depending on maximum variation sampling method. Semi-structured interview method has been used in receiving opinions of teachers concerning curriculum of fifth grade mathematic lesson. Qualitative data obtained as a result of the study have been analyzed through descriptive analysis method. Data obtained as a result of study are as follows: Most teachers have stated that they have difficulty in make students comprehend subjects as they do not have adequate equipment however they have thought that increasing course hours is a very positive aspect of the new system and some teachers have indicated that this condition increases interest and motivation of students. In findings regarding that teachers are much more effective in application of the programme, it has been concluded that all teachers need in service training. Furthermore, teachers have specified that provision of instruments and equipment may make application of the program more effective
