Conflicts within the organization and the increasing negative behavior brings bigproblems. Despite the adoptionof a psychological problem of alienation based on years-old, recently gained importace in organizations. Alienation caused by the negative consequences of alienation in organizations has to be noticed. In general, there is a lot of work to be able to fight with the alienation in organizatons. One of the organizations problems that affected by the alienation in the literature is burnout syndrome. Burnout syndrome is a condition involving feeling such as feeling incompetent, lonely, failed and indifference to the individual events, unwillingness to work. Alienation as a result of the negative behaviors exhibited in organizations and who don’t want to live in the burnout syndrome may also affect other individuals. Alienated in the individual symptoms, the symptoms of his\her burnout is lived
