Schools should have a powerful school administrator in order for the education given in schools to be successful. Researches which have been conducted have shown a positive relationship between school success and its administrator. To provide effective learning in social studies education, to create a good learning environment and to achieve school objectives in this regard, the school administration and teachers should work together and cooperate. In this study whose subject is social studies teachers’ instructional expectations from school administration, it has been determined that teachers mostly expect school administration to be fair, and then, to effectively communicate with the parents and to know the rules and regulations very well
