The aim of this study is to determine the burnout levels of school administrators according to the dimensions of burnout and total burnout and to analyse their perceptions of burnout dimensions according to the several variables. According to the investigations, schools administrators, emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and total burnout scores are less burnout. There is very little burnout is also the dimension of depersonalization
