So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to test a structural model that demonstrates the effects of employees’ empowerment perceptions on taking charge mediated through job satisfaction and work engagement. The sample includes 242 employees who work in various industries in Istanbul, including financial services, education, telecommunication and technology, construction, and manufacturing. The structural equation modeling analyses show that there is a significant and positive relationship between employees’ perceptions of empowerment and their level of job satisfaction and work engagement. The results also indicate that work engagement influences taking charge positively while job satisfaction has a negative impact on this behavior. Finally, hypotheses on the mediating roles of work engagement and job satisfaction in the relationship between empowerment perceptions and taking charge have been supported. The results of this study, which examines the effects of employees’ empowerment perceptions on taking charge mediated through job satisfaction and work engagement, have certain practical implications and may shed light on the similar studies conducted in Turkey
