The purpose of this study is to adapt Rothwell and Arnold’s (2007) Perceived Employability Scale into Turkish and conduct the validity and reliability studies. For this purpose, the necessary permission has been obtained for the adaptation of the scale. The translation and back-translation processes have been carried out independently by the experts who have knowledge on employability. After the experts reached an agreement upon the scale items, pre-study of the scale was held. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were conducted to determine the construct validity of the scale on two sample groups consisting of white-collar employees working in Istanbul. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the scale and the Pearson Correlation coefficient was used to determine the inter-factor correlations. As a result of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, it was seen that the Turkish form of the scale consists of 10 items and 2 factors. Results indicated that the Turkish form of the Perceived Employability Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
