This study aims to investigate the relationship between work-life quality, job motivation and life satisfaction among nurses. The research population was composed of nurses in a university hospital in Ankara, and the study was carried out between August and September 2016. It was tried to reach all nurses in the research population, and 275 of total 450 nurses were interviewed. The results of analyses showed that work-life quality had an effect on job motivation and life satisfaction, and also job motivation had an effect on life satisfaction. The effect was positive and statistically significant.
