Değişim, her hangi bir alanda bir dönem içinde meydana gelir ve herkes tarafından fark edilebilir bir olgudur. Sosyal değişim sosyal yapı üzerinde önemli bir role sahiptir. Sosyal bir kurum olan hukuk değişmeli ve gelişmelidir. Benzer şekilde sosyal değişmeler İslam hukuku açısından da önemli rollere sahiptirler. Gerçekte İslam hukuku sosyal değişme dinamiğine sahiptir. İslam hukukunun tarih boyunca sosyal değişmelerden etkilendiği bir gerçektir. Bu yüzden İslam hukuku ile sosyal değişim arasında bir bağın varlığı ifade edilmelidir. Ayrıca hem Kur’an hem de Sünnet’in İslam hukukunun yenilikçi kaynakları olduğunu da söyleyebiliriz.
Change occurs within a period in any area and is a phenomenon that can be noticed by everyone. Social change plays an important role in the social structure. The law that is a social institution must change and develop. The social change also plays a significant role in Islamic law. In fact, Islamic law has a dynamic of social change. It is a fact that Islamic law has been influenced by social changes throughout history. Therefore, the existence of a link between Islamic law and social change must be expressed. We can also say that both the Qur’an and the Sunnah are innovative sources of Islamic law.
