Her an her insanın basına gelebilecek olan engellilik olgusu, insanlık tarihi boyunca hep var olmustur. ster insanların kendi ihmal ve kusurları sonucunda ortaya çıksın ister insan iradesi dısında gelisen bir nedenle olussun engellilik, insan aklını hep mesgul etmistir. nsan aklının sınırlarını zorlayan bu durumu, anlama ve anlamlandırmada tarihten günümüze olumlu yönde mesafeler alınmıstır. Bugün gelinen noktada engellilik, insan hakları gündemininönemli konulardan birisi olmustur. Ayrıca son dönemlerde engelli nüfusundaki artıs, bu olguyu birçok insanı ilgilendiren kritik bir sorun haline getirmistir. nsanı ve onun davranıslarını merkez alan Kur’an’ın böylesi kritik öneme sahip bir mevzuda neler söyledigi, bu durumu anlamlandırmaya çalısan herkes için merak konusudur. Bu arastırmada slam dininin temel kaynagı olan Kur’an’ın engelliligi nasıl degerlendirdigini tespit etmeyi hedefledik. Görme engelli, isitme engelli, konusma engelli, ortopedik engelli gibi fiziksel yetersizligi ifade eden kavramların Kur’an’daki referanslarını arastırdık. Her ne sebeple ve her ne sekilde olursa olsun her türlü ayrımcılıgı reddeden Kur’an, engelliliklerinden dolayı toplum içinde dezavantajlı bir durumda olan bireylere ayrımcılık yapılmasını siddetle elestirmistir. Ayrıca Kur’an; engelliligin olusturdugu olumsuzlukların ortadan kaldırılarak haklarının korunması ve engellilerin statülerinin düzeltilmesi/gelistirilmesi sorumlulugunu topluma yüklemistir.
The disability phenomenon, which can come to the press at any moment, has always existed throughout the history of mankind. As a result of the people’s ignorance and defects, or because of a cause that comes into the human will, the disability has always engaged the human mind. This condition, which imposes the limits of the mind, is not to take a positive distance from history to today in understanding and understanding. In the present day, human rights is one of the most important issues of human rights. Also, the increase in the disabled population in recent periods has made this phenomenon a critical problem that interests many people. What the Qur’an says in such a critical position, which focuses on his mind and his behavior, is curious for everyone who gets to understand this situation. In this discovery we aimed at identifying how the blockage of the Qur’an, which is the main source of the slam religion, was deferred. We found the references in the Qur’an of concepts that express physical disability, such as vision disability, speech disability, ortopedic disability. The Qur’an, which rejects any kind of discrimination for any reason and in any way, prompted that discrimination should be made to individuals who are in a disadvantaged state in society because of their disabilities. The Qur’an also lies the responsibility of the people to protect their rights and to correct the status of those with disabilities by eliminating the disabilities that occur.
