Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the effects of 16 weeks physical educatıon programs on the physical fitness of preschool children aging 5–6. In this Project, total 60 preschool children as 30 experimental (15 girls 15 boys), and 30 (16 girls 14 boys) control group were included To investigate the effects of phsical education programs on preschool children; static and dinamik balance, hand and pinc-grip strength, vertical jump and flexibility, static long jump, throwing tennisball, speed and agility tests were evaluated. SPSS package program were used for the statistical analysises. Independent t test were used to compare the result of experimental and control groups.
