Şehrengizs, are the literary works which treats of natural beauties and bonnies of a city; mainly the beloved people who are favourable and respected in that area and vivifying that aforementioned place. Furthermore, in terms of indicating the social tie of our classical literature, şehrengizs have importance. Every day the new ones are incorporated into more than sixty known samples of this genre in Turkish literature. Living in 17th century, Nazik, whose şehrengiz is also one of them, is the one who was a passionate person of Bursa, who served in many various positions such as as mudarris and kadi foremost in Bursa and many other cities. Bursa is among the important cities about which more than one şehrengiz were accommodated. The poem, in the pattern of five bend terkib-i bend,which is placed in the Divan of Nazik, is a Bursa Şehrengiz, which treats of the natural beauties of Bursa and its bonnies without delivering any names. Moreover, a gazel and a nazm, one each, which treat of Bursa may be considered as a petty şehrengiz. In this article, the poet of aforementioned poems has been endeavoured to introduce along with patterns and contents.
