Bu makalenin amacı Horasan’da Muhammed b. Kerrâm (190/805-255/868)’ın öncülüğünde ortaya çıkan Kerrâmiyye mezhebinin iman tanımını dînî temelleri bakımından tahlil etmektir. Kerrâmiyye, imanı amele indirgeyen ve imanda kalp ile tasdiki imanın gerçekleşmesi için asli unsur sayan anlayışlara karşılık iman tanımında salt sözlü beyana yer vermiştir. Böylelikle de münafığın imanını geçerli saydıkları ve ameli imandan dışladıkları varsayılmış ve bu gerekçeyle de birçok kelâm âlimi tarafından eleştirilmiştir. Kerrâmîlerin iman teolojisine ilişkin bilgilerimizin kaynağının bizzat onlara ait eserler olmaması ve onlara ilişkin bilgilerin ancak muhaliflerinin eserlerinden öğrenilme imkânı olması Kerrâmiyye’nin imanın dil ile ikrar olduğu tezinin tam olarak anlaşılmasını güçleştirmiştir. Kur’ân’ı Kerim bağlamında iman kavramı ele alındığında imanın Kerrâmîlere isnad edilen iman doktrinlerinde anlaşıldığı şekliyle salt ikrârdan ibaret tek bir yönünden söz edilemeyeceği imanın sözle beyanının dışında ilgi, irade, bilgi, tasdik, gayb ve amel gibi yönlerinin de olduğu, Kerrâmiyye’nin de esasında iman tanımında bu unsurlara yer vermemekle birlikte imanın bu yönlerini inkâr ettiklerine dair güvenilir bir bilgiye ulaşılamamaktadır.
The purpose of this article is to evaluate the definition of the faith of the Keramiye mosque, which appeared under the leadership of Muhammad b. Kerram (190/805-255/868) in Horasan in terms of religious foundations. In the words of the Holy Prophet, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Thus, the hypocrites believe that they are valid and that they are excluded from the faith, and that is why many of them are criticized. The source of our knowledge about the theology of the Keramians is not their own works and the possibility of learning about them only from the works of their opponents has made it difficult to fully understand the thesis of the Keramians that the faith is accepted by the language. In the words of the Qur’an, when the concept of faith is addressed in the context of the Qur’an, it is not possible to obtain a reliable knowledge that the faith is unknown in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an as it is understood in the doctrines of the Qur’an.
