So many results that aren't mine?

  Spil dağı eteklerinde yer alan antik dönemin ünlü kentlerinden Manisa, Saruhan Beyliği döneminde başkent, Osmanlı döneminde ise Şehzadeler Kenti olarak önemini sürdürmüştür. Çeşitli dönemlerden kalma çok sayıda yapısıyla bugün adeta bir müze kent konumundaki Manisa’da, Sultan II. Murad bir saray inşa ettirmiştir. Saray-ı Şehzadegân bilinen bu saray, Sultan II. Mehmed döneminde bazı eklerle genişletilmiş ve 1595 yılına kadar kullanılmıştır. Bu tarihten sonra kentin Şehzadeler Kenti kimliğini yitirmesi nedeniyle terk edilen saray, hızla tahrip olmuştur. Belgeler ve çeşitli çalışmalardan Manisa Sarayı’na ait üç hamam bulunduğu öğrenilmektedir. Bu hamamlardan biri, Fatih Kulesi yakınlarında, geç döneme ait Yaralı Han’ın avlusunda yer almaktaydı. 1950’li yıllarda yıkıldığı bilinen yapının temelleri, 2003 yılında gerçekleştirilen bir kurtarma kazısı ile ortaya çıkarıldı.

The Manisa Palace Hammam

Manisa (Magnesia ad Sipylum) as one of well-known cities of ancient periods, continued to be an important center as the capital city of Sarukhanids and the city that as a provincial center under the rule of Ottoman Princes. As result of its long history, Manisa has had many historical buildings and it becomes a Museum-City. Ottoman Sultan Murad II ordered to build as palace (known as Şehzadegan) at Manisa. During the reign of Sultan Mehmed II the palace is expanded with additional structures. This palace continued to function until 1595; after that it started to demolish quickly. Several studies and documents show that there were 3 hammams in the palace of Manisa. One of the hammams was located close to Fatih Tower and in the courtyard of Yaralı Khan, a later periods’ structure. The palace is destroyed in 1950. During a rescue excavation in the year of 2003, the foundations of the palace are recovered.
