Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik (SMMM) ofislerinde çalışan yardımcı muhasebe elemanlarının iş doyum düzeyi ile demografik faktörler arasında doyum ilişkisinin olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Bu bağlamda; İstanbul’un 29 ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren SMMM ofislerinde çalışan 320 yardımcı muhasebe elemanına 20 soruluk Minnesato İş Doyumu Ölçeği uygulanmış ve veriler SPSS 20 istatistik program aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Anket uygulanan muhasebe meslek elemanlarının iş doyum düzeyi %66,59 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
